Paul is a late addition to the Management set-up, and has really impressed with his training sessions.  Paul spent several years coaching with Colchester United's Youth set-up. He has also spent time coaching with Debenham L.C.

Paul is the father of Hadleigh striker   Ben Deacon, whilst his other son Callum is at present with Ipswich Wanderers
