Hadleigh when into this quickly re-arranged friendly with several players missing, due to " Harty's " wedding, hoilday's and injuries.

Sudbury attacked from the start with keeper Aaron Benstead making a great save following an Emanuel cross in from the right with Townrow shooting in.

 On four minutes  a Sudbury  free kick by Webb  was scrambled  clear at the expense of a corner.

Sudbury's pressure paided dividends after 9 minutes  when at attack down the right saw a crossed ball finding S. Clarke unmarked on the left to fire in a powerful angled shot with the outstretched Aaron Benstead well beaten.

Two minutes later Hadleigh went close, when Kris Rose headed just over from a free kick by Luke Read. Then Sudbury keeper Walton made a superb one-handed save from Craig Payne's powerful shot in from the left.

Sudbury increased their lead on 15 minutes, when a free kick taken by Hughes floated over the static Hadleigh defence , with Lee Townrow firing in at close range.

Hadleigh keeper benstead make a point blank save from Emanuel to deny at Sudbury goal, while at the other end following a Hadleigh attack Craig Payne fire too high with keeper walton off his line.

A hadleigh corner from the right by Read was scrambled clear as Hadleigh looked to reduce the deficit.

Another accurate Luke Read corner was punched clear by Sudbury keeper walton , with Payne controlling the loose ball to fire back in again Sudbury's defence scrambled the danger clear.

On 33 minutes, Liam jennings won the ball in his own half, his accurate pass found Ben Garnham who's unchallenged run deep into the Sudbury half saw a neat ball to Read, who's cross in found Deacon to fire in.

Boths teams made a host of changes in the second half to give players part of the match, with both defences playing well, it was Sudbury who had most of the chances , but could not find the net.
